The Freedom Trail
This free guided tour led by the National Park Service Visitor Center (617-242-5642) begins near the Old
State House, and winds you through Boston's history including the home of Paul Revere, USS Constitution,
and Faneuil Hall. Don't miss King's Chapel and Burying Ground, the Bunker Hill Monument or the Boston Tea
Party Ship & Museum. You can go without the guide by following the red brick or painted red path.
Boston By Foot
Boston by Foot offers 90-minute tours of the Back Bay, Waterfront, Beacon Hill, North End and the even "Boston by Little Feet" for the kids. This
award-winning tour is $8 for adults and $6 for kids and highlights Boston's history and architecture.
Green Space
Branch out to the Emerald Necklace, a network of gorgeous parks located in some of Boston's most
charming neighborhoods. Chose from Jamaica Pond, Arnold Arboretum, and Olmstead Park, among others.
Each free tour takes about an hour, or if you're feeling ambitious, take all six tours guided by the
Boston Park Rangers (617-635-7383).
Architectural Tour of Historic Beacon Hill
The Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities (617-227-3956) offers a two-hour walking
tour of the elegant and historic homes in Beacon Hill. Admission is $10 and reservations are recommended.
Boston Spirits Walking Tour- Explores Boston's Haunted Sites

Boston's most infamous haunted locations. Your tour guide
explains the unearthly details at each site. The tour will take
you to Boston Common, Central Burying Ground and other eerie
